Dr. Blanche, PA-C/PhD, brings nearly two decades across emergency medicine, surgery, and critical care, with training at George Washington University and Northwell.
A recognized leader in functional medicine, she blends allopathic and integrative practice, with research in thermography and breast health.
Antonio Pio Saracino — Creative Director
Italian-born architect, sculptor, and designer, and founder of APS Designs.
His work is held in the permanent collections of the Brooklyn Museum, Centre Pompidou, LACMA, and the Museum of Arts and Design, with public sculptures at Bryant Park and New York-Presbyterian.
For Karma Health, he shapes spaces that feel human, warm, and intentional.
Marcie Jastrow — Chief Executive Officer
Marcie leads Karma Health with two decades of building at the intersection of media, technology, and consumer experience, including senior roles at Technicolor and Evercast.
Emmy-recognized for collaborative technology and creator of Tzur, an AI-enabled operational framework, she builds ecosystems that connect people, technology, and experience.
Patrice Bonfiglio — Co-Founder
Co-founder of Iris International and Karma Health's institutional backbone.
She previously held President, CFO, COO, and CCO roles at Sarissa Capital Management, served as CFO of Sarissa Capital Acquisition Corp, and is an Independent Director of Amarin Corporation. She also founded The Bedrock Institute.
